Applesauce Waffles

1 C all purpose baking mix
1 C all purpose flour
2 eggs
1 C applesauce
1T sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Heat waffle griddle and cook until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
