Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes

1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
6 cloves garlic, sliced
2T fresh rosemary leaves
2 tsp. coarse salt
1 tsp.black pepper
16-20 small red potatoes scrubbed
In a deep  pot place olive oil, garlic and rosemary. Saute until the garlic is golden.

Place in the potatoes , saute for a few minutes on medium heat. Turn heat to low and cover for 2 hours.
