Gluten Free Yeast Free Pizza Dough



1 cup buckwheat flour
1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/4 cup ground flax/linseed
1/4 cup psylium
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Hain featherweight bakinmg soda
1/2 T sea salt
1 cup cold water


In a mixesr combine all of the ingredients but the water. Mix and slowly add water 1/4 c at a time. Mix until the consistence of pie dough. Spread on 1 oiled jelly roll pan or 2 pizza pans. Top withsauce and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 550 degrees F . Or until golden and crispy on the edges and bottom.
