Guacamole


2 ripe avocados
1 green onion
1 tomato
1T lemon juice
1 tsp. granulated garlic
Slice onion and tomato. Scoop the insides of the avocado into the bowl of a food processor. Add onion, tomato and remainder of ingredients to food processor. Pulse a few times to combine. Serve.

Hello Harmony! Your guacamole looks great! What did you garnish with? It looks like a peach but I'm not sure.

In the middle of the dish is the avacado pit, it keeps the guacamole from turning brown.
