Chicken and Cherry Peppers in The Oven

I saw this recipe in one of' Rachael Ray's cookbooks. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts( If you use these be sure and place the chicken on the bottom or it will get dry like mine did!) I also placed the chicken in the oven for 2 1/2 hours at 300 degrees F. Great recipe, next time i will try it with pork.
