Chicken Mole






1/2 C mole



1 1/2 c chicken broth



1 tsp. sugar



2 lb. chicken, cubed



In a pan stir in mole, chicken broth, and sugar. Stir and heat until well blended. In a separate baking dish, marinate chicken pieces for several hours or overnight. Bake at 325 degrees f for about an hour or until brown and tender. Baste frequently. Serve with rice.
