1C pitted dates, chopped
1 3/4 C angel flake coconut
3/4 C sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto Silpat pads. Bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Store in an airtight container.
