Cheeseburger Meatloaf

2 pounds ground beef
 3/4 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup minced onion
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/2 C grated Parmesean Cheese
 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese


In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, salt and pepper and parmesean, and mix well. Place half of the meat in a crockpot. Make a channel for the cheddar cheese. Place the cheddar cheese in the channel and place the rest of the meat on top. pinch the sides to close the meat in . Cook on high for 4 hours.
