Stuffed Peppers

In a bowl mix:
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. meatloaf mix
1 1/2 C plain bread crumbs
1 C grated  Pecorino romano cheese
1 C chopped black olives
2T anchovy paste
salt, pepper and red pepper to taste
Mix well and stuff into 8 large bell peppers. Place in a 7 quart crockpot . Pour 1 jar of marinara sauce on the top. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with extra cheese.
