This cake was excellent. We all loved this cake. It was moist and light. I made the filling ( for the filling I used:FILLING:
1 (8 ounce) container mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur And spread it between 2 layers. For the Frosting I used:

2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

I left out the:
2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur
So i did not whip the frosting with the filling. I frosted the whole cake with the whipped cream and i topped the cake with cocoa.
