Orange and Thyme Grilled Chicken with Sweet Potatoes & Salad



I came up with a tasty dipping sauce for the chicken:
1/2 C Frank's Read Hot sauce
2T butter
1/4 C ketchup
1 tsp. granulated garlic
1T red curry paste
1tsp. grated ginger
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Let simmer on low for 20 minutes to thicken.
