In a saucepan melt 1cup butter. Stir in:1 cup brown sugar,3 cups quick cooking (not instant) oatmeal,1/2 cup corn syrup and 1 cup flour.
Spread this mixture into a greased 9X13 pan and bake at 350° for 18 minutes. Don't over bake.let cool for 1 hour. In a saucepan stir together 1 C smooth peanut butter, 1/2 C crunchy peanut butter ,1 1/2 semisweet chocolate chips. mix until smooth.Spread this on top and sprinkle with 1/2-3/4 cup of crushed peanuts. Refrigerate overnight. 1 hour prior to serve take out of the refrigerator and slice before serving.
