Sour Cream Mushroom Chicken


Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl comibine 1 C sour cream, 2 cans of condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 C half and half. In the bottom of an oiled 9X13" pan place a four of the soup mixture. Layer 10-12 strips of cooked bacon, 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2 small cans of mushrooms(draineed) and the rest of the soup mixture on top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until bubbly and fully cooked.
