Chocolate Truffle Cake






















1 box of devil's food cake cake mix






1 stick of butter, melted






1 16 oz. container of sour cream






5 eggs






1 large box of chocolate pudding






1 1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips






Place all ingredients in a mixer and combine just until moistened and mixed. Mixture will be very thick. Pour into a well greased bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes in the pan and place on serving platter to cool.






Chocolate Frosting






1 stick of melted butter






6T unsweetened cocoa powder






3 C powdered sugar






3-4 T milk






1 tsp. vanilla






Mix the cocoa and butter in an electric mixer. Add the powdered and mix until smooth, add enough milk and vanilla to get your desired consistency.
