Meatballs In Puttanesca Sauce



For the meatbals mix together in a large bowl:
2 lb. ground round
1 T Montreal seasoning
2 dashes of granulated garlic
2 eggs
1C Italian style bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
3 T fresh parsley chopped
3T capers, drained and chopped
Mix together and fry in batches. i then added the meatballs to about 5 C of homemade Puttanesca sauce and cooked in the crockpot for 4 hour on low.
