Multigrain Waffles

3/4 cup whole-wheat flour

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup whole milk

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1 large egg, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 In a bowl, whisk together both flours, oats, chia seeds,  brown sugar, baking powder, baking, soda, salt. Add wet ingrdients and whisk just until combined.
Cook acording to waffle maker instructions.
