Gingerbread Men

1 spice cake mix

1 medium egg

2 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp flour

1/4 cup soft shortening

Mix all ingredients well and chill dough for 1 hour. When chilled, roll out on floured surface and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.Decorate as desired.
