Bankok Noodles and Crispy Chicken




For the chicken, I took 3 egg whites( beaten until real foamy and light), and about 6T cornstarch. I fried in batches until the pieces were golden brown( in about 3"-4" vegetable oil). The noodles were in a boxed set we purchased at BJ's. They were really tasty and makes a lot. The box says feeds 16, I made half and we still had a ton left over.
