Reuben Loaf


On a pizza dough ( roll out to fit a jelly roll pan) spread Dijon mustard down the middle( approx. 2T), Then layer 1/2 lb. thinly sliced swiss cheese, about 2 C drained sauerkraut, 1 lb. shaved deli corned beef and top with about 1 C thousand Island dressing. Slice sides and braid loaf. Place in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with additional dressing for dipping.
