Blueberry Pie



Pastry for a 2 crust pie
6 C fresh blueberries
1 C sugar
1/2 c flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 T lemon juice
1 T. lemon zest
2T butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a prepared pan, place bottom crust. In a large bowl toss all remaining ingredients except for the butter. Place filling ingredients into the bottom crust. Place pats of butter on top of filling and finish with top crust. Make slits in the top crust. Brush top crust with milk and sprinkle on 1/2 T sugar. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the pie is golden and bubbly.
