Stuffed Sweet Peppers




For stuffing mixture:
In a large bowl combine-2 eggs, 1 C Italian bread crumbs, 1T granulated garlic, 3T dehydrated onion, 2 T jalapeno pepper sauce, 1 T sugar, 1 tsp. oregano, salt and pepper, 2 T cornmeal, 1 oz. dry Vermouth, 1T Tabasco sauce, 2 lb. ground beef
Stuff sweet pepper. Place 1 bottle of meat sauce on the bottom of a crock pot. Place peppers upright in the sauce, pour another bottle of meat sauce on the top. Keep crockpot on low setting for at least 8 hours.
